FieldLog GC is built around the GC-controlled project record. GC team members document and approve work, while subcontractors and owners participate through role-based access designed for their part of the job.
Do subcontractors need their own subscription?
No separate subscription is required for subcontractors working on your projects. Each subcontractor submits their own daily log so their work and manpower stay clearly documented.
What can owners see?
Owners get read-only access to the project information available to them — summaries, photos, and reports — through a secure link. No account or login required, and no ability to edit the GC's project record.
What if an approved daily log needs to be corrected?
The approved original is not overwritten. A correction becomes a new, timestamped amendment linked to the original log, so the project history remains visible.
What happens to our records if we cancel?
When you cancel, you'll be offered the choice to download a full export, switch to a low-cost $15/month (or $150/year) read-only archive plan to keep your records stored and accessible, or do neither. If no active subscription (full or archive) is in place, you'll have 90 days of continued view/export access before records are permanently deleted — with reminder emails along the way so nothing catches you by surprise.
